Per the Agreement — Section 2.6

Keg Logistics shall make its best efforts but shall not be obligated to deliver kegs prior to the required 30 day notice. The Brewer does have the option to pay the Expedite Fee for any kegs that Keg Logistics can deliver on short notice. The brewer can agree to pay the expedite fee for all keg orders placed and delivered in less than the 30 day requisite advance notice. The Expedite Fee is an additional $2.00 for every keg ordered with less than 10 day notice, and $1.00 for every keg order between 10 and 30 days advance notice. Keg Logistics is not required to deliver kegs under 30 days notice. Keg Logistics is responsible for filling every keg order in 30 days. Any kegs not delivered by Keg Logistics within the 30 day time frame from date ordered, will still be delivered to the brewery at NO cost and that keg turn is FREE to the brewer.
